14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase Litcat Pro and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not activated the license key. To request a refund, email support@litcat.app with your order confirmation and we will process the refund promptly.

Activated keys

Once a license key has been activated in the application (via Help → Activate License…), refunds are not available. Because digital license keys can be copied and retained after activation, we are unable to verify that a key has been fully unused, and cannot offer refunds for activated keys. If you're evaluating Litcat Pro, the free tier is fully functional up to 100 books and 15 patrons — please test it before purchasing.

Exceptions

If Litcat fails to function on your computer due to a defect on our part, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a full refund regardless of activation status. Contact support@litcat.app to report the issue.
